Natural8 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Natural8 ("Natural8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at natural8.cam ("Platform", "Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content made available through the Natural8 platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the Natural8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Natural8 is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes and targeting verified adult players aged 21 and above. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are directed at users based in Malaysia, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions throughout the country.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on Natural8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Natural8 does not permit access to, or use of, its platform by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process.
• You are a resident or otherwise lawfully located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature does not constitute a violation of applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your access and usage.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme, whether initiated by you on Natural8 or through any third-party responsible gambling registry that Natural8 has agreed to honour.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or fiduciary for any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by Natural8 for breach of these Terms or any other policy document.
• You are of sound mind and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Natural8 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, without limitation, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile telephone number, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method. You undertake to keep all registered information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Natural8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Natural8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, resale, redistribution, or systematic extraction of content from the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves a degree of financial risk and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
• You are wagering your own legally obtained funds and are not funded by any third party for the purpose of gambling on this Platform.
• You will not attempt to use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
• You will not use any software, tool, script, or automated process to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform or to interfere with its operation.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, exploit software bugs, or engage in fraudulent charge-backs in connection with your account.
• Natural8 reserves the right to void any wagers or transactions that result from technical errors, miscalculated odds, or system malfunctions.

All financial transactions on Natural8 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Natural8 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and select cryptocurrency options (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits are subject to change at Natural8's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Natural8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases. Players will be informed if additional verification is required.
• Any deposit made via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering policies.

Natural8 may from time to time offer promotions, bonus credits, free spins, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. The availability, value, duration, and terms of each Promotion are specified at the point of offer and form part of these Terms when accepted.

All Bonus Funds and Promotional rewards are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from Bonus Funds. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the promotion terms.
• One Promotion at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active promotion may apply to your account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: Natural8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been abused, exploited systematically, or claimed in breach of the promotion's eligibility criteria.

Birthday bonuses are tier-based and credited automatically to eligible accounts. Referral bonuses are processed after the referred friend completes their qualifying deposit. Both types of bonus are subject to standard wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All games available on the Natural8 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent supervisors. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are verified through independent testing and are available on request.

Specific game rules, including permitted bet sizes, payout structures, and special feature mechanics, are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. Natural8 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server errors, disconnection events, or game engine failures — Natural8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The voiding of a game round in these circumstances does not constitute grounds for a complaint or claim.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Natural8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without express authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place wagers, gain information advantages, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any game format where collusion could confer an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, display errors, or incorrectly priced odds. Players who identify exploitable errors must report them to support immediately; exploitation for gain is a breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates anti-money laundering laws applicable in Malaysia or any relevant jurisdiction.
• Initiating fraudulent charge-back claims with your payment provider in respect of genuine Natural8 transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Natural8 staff or other users through any communication channel.

Natural8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other Natural8 policy document.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with Natural8's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the registered account holder via the original deposit method following completion of applicable verification procedures. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will not be returned upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Natural8 customer support. Requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Players exercising self-exclusion are advised to review the Responsible Gambling Policy for information on the self-exclusion process and its implications.

Natural8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of self-management tools to assist players in maintaining control of their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. These tools are accessible from within your account settings or by contacting customer support.

If you believe your gambling has become, or is at risk of becoming, harmful to you or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools. Natural8 will act on any self-exclusion request promptly and without prejudice. Once a self-exclusion is in place, Natural8 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded individual from accessing the platform.

All content on the Natural8 platform — including but not limited to the Natural8 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, game assets, promotional material, and software — is the property of Natural8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted no intellectual property rights in connection with your use of the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Natural8. Unauthorised use of Natural8's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural8 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any gambling losses incurred.

Natural8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the aggregate value of Real Money Funds deposited into your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Natural8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Natural8 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with us. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Natural8 collects personal data for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, delivering customer support, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicating relevant promotions to you where you have consented to receive such communications. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to the jurisdiction in which Natural8 operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Natural8 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.

Natural8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect user rights or obligations) may be made without specific notice.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the amendment notice, which shall be no less than seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification for material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
